As a Donation Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission by providing grief support to potential donor families and advocating for donation through phone calls.

Requirements

• Experience in supportive services such as counseling or crisis intervention preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.
• Ability to navigate technology and troubleshoot basic issues.
