The Tissue Donation Coordinator plays a crucial role in guiding donor families through the tissue donation process to help save and enhance lives.

In Short

  • Handle incoming donor referral calls from hospital staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and EMRs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work both remotely and onsite in Waltham, MA.
