The On Call Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient visits and maintaining scheduling records while ensuring effective communication between office and field staff.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a general office environment.
  • Preferred: 1 year of home health care experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven decision-making skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Office environment with some exposure to unpleasant weather.
