Overview

The Clinical Manager maintains the quality of client care in accordance with the Agency’s objectives and policies, overseeing the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of home health services provided.

• May back up other clinical staff when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health Agency.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated decision-making skills.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
