Weekend Clinical Manager, Home Health - Remote

Overview

The Weekend Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing patient care coordination and compliance with regulatory standards during weekend shifts in a remote setting.

• Full-time position working 32 hours over the weekend.
• Responsible for referral intake and management.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• At least one year of acute care experience.
• Two years of home care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks effectively.
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Maintains confidentiality and a safe work environment.
