Overview

As a Clinical Case Manager at CVS Health, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating comprehensive care for individuals in the behavioral health sector, ensuring effective communication and resource utilization to promote positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of clinical behavioral health experience.
  • Active LCSW or LPC license in Virginia.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
  • Preferred experience in case management.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong digital literacy skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information ethically.
  • Masters degree required.
