We are looking for a reliable and compassionate PCR Specialist/Authorization Specialist for home health to join our team.

In Short

• Audit medical charts for compliance with federal billing regulations.
• Review Choice Demonstration project requirements.
• Provide oversight of chart review processes.
• Research and respond to compliance inquiries.
• Train staff on billing compliance documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality of clinical and financial records.
• Attend meetings for updates on regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse preferred.
• At least three years of medical records auditing experience.
• Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles.
• Advanced knowledge of medical documentation and billing regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Knowledge of current medical documentation trends.
