Overview

This role involves supporting LHH’s Global Account Director team for North America, focusing on growing an existing portfolio of premier accounts across various geographies and verticals.

In Short

  • Actively seek new business opportunities and generate upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Global Account Directors to analyze sales data.
  • Own detailed Prospecting Account Plans.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Work independently and manage the sales cycle.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Engage in outbound calling and email campaigns.
  • Participate in the LHH Sales Development Academy for skill enhancement.
  • Report to the Sales Development Representative Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in an SDR role.
  • Experience in running end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other prospecting tools.
  • Fluency in English.
