Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM), to lead and execute ABM initiatives focused on driving growth and engagement within strategic accounts. This role will be critical in designing and implementing targeted marketing programs that deliver impactful, measurable results across our top accounts; working closely with sales, digital, events and marketing teams across our global business units, to lead strategy and create highly personalized content and campaigns for strategic accounts.

  • Develop and lead account-specific end-to-end ABM strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to align account insights and strategies.
  • Develop customized value propositions and content tailored to specific accounts.
  • Design, execute, and manage strategic ABM campaigns leveraging digital marketing tactics.
  • Measure ABM performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Manage the ABM budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer challenges.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ABM tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic sales or ABM role.
  • Experience creating ABM frameworks and strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Preferred: Strong presentation skills and ability to work across time zones.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in marketing.
