Overview

The Programme Coordinator role supports compliance activities to ensure products and sites are certified within the INFORMED Programmes, playing a key role in post-certification processes and day-to-day operations.

In Short

• Verify programme documentation and sample testing for certification.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and LGC teams for compliance activities.
• Manage blind sampling and ensure submission of samples.
• Assist in post-certification surveillance and manufacturer reviews.
• Support management of non-compliance cases.
• Review Manufacturing Assessment Questionnaires with colleagues.
• Contribute to report preparation and support site audits.
• Maintain traceability of records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Respond to technical and compliance queries from teams.
• Support invoicing activities as needed.
