• Verify programme documentation and sample testing for certification.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and teams for compliance activities.
• Manage blind sampling and ensure sample submissions meet requirements.
• Assist in post-certification surveillance and reviews.
• Support management of non-compliance cases.
• Review Manufacturing Assessment Questionnaires and raw material lists.
• Contribute to report preparation and support site audits.
• Generate and share reports on programme activities.
• Maintain records in the CRM system and shared drives.
• Respond to technical and compliance queries.
• Support invoicing activities as required.
