Requirements

• Solid engineering background with at least 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in leading teams through goals, inspiration, transparency, and trust.
• Great communication skills and ability to challenge the team.
• Solid understanding of the agile software development process.
• Experience with JavaScript, Java, Kotlin or similar is a plus.
