Engineering Manager, Marketplace - Remote

Overview

Fleetio is looking for an Engineering Manager with a focus on the Marketplace area of our business. You will lead small squads focused on specific solutions such as shop integration, vendor portal, and flexible payment solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
• Experience with React and Ruby-on-Rails applications.
• Prior experience building marketplace solutions.
• Knowledge of payment systems and workflows.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage team performance effectively.
• Passion for developing and retaining engineers.
• Experience with external vendors or business partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
