Overview

Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to support a Program Management Office overseeing multiple IDIQ contract vehicles, focusing on performance, compliance, and strategic relationships within government and military organizations.

In Short

• Support PMO for IDIQ contract management.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for decision-making.
• Establish relationships with government IDIQ personnel.
• Track IDIQ usage and pipeline within Leidos.
• Collaborate with business areas to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion.
• Provide technical guidance to influence strategic outputs.
• Develop new solutions to strengthen competitive position.
• Up to 50% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Engage with Leidos divisions to expand contract vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 13+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience in C5ISR Mission Operations.
• Expertise in US Government acquisition processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD.
• Knowledge of DoD budgeting and procurement processes.
• Experience in contested logistics.
