Overview

Leidos is seeking a Databricks Data Engineer to develop and support data pipelines and analytics environments in Azure cloud-based data lakes, translating business requirements into data engineering solutions.

• Manage ingestion routines for processing multi-terabyte datasets.

• Collaborate with teams to enable advanced AI-driven analytics.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
• Act as front line support for client requests.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Databricks Data Engineer certification.
• Proficient in Python, Spark, and R.
• Experience with Azure services is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance and security.
• Experience with Agile process methodology.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain government clearance.
• Additional certifications in Azure cloud are a plus.
