In Short

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations in a 24x7 Amazon Connect and Salesforce-based call center environment.
  • Configure Amazon Connect contact flows and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Enable seamless bilingual support and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Monitor call center systems for optimal performance and uptime.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation.
  • Provide technical support to call center agents and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for technology solutions.
  • Train call center staff on new systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce environments.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce and AWS infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems and virtual service platforms.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
  • Requires a quiet, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Experience with IVR capabilities is a plus.
