Call Center Operator - Remote

Overview

The Call Center Operator is responsible for answering and directing calls that serve the medical, educational, and research facilities of the UAMS Campus in a call center environment. This position provides after-hours answering service for all UAMS outpatient clinics and assists with online physician call schedule changes as necessary.

• Preferred experience in a call center and knowledge of medical terminology.

• Telephone etiquette skills.

• Call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge in basic medical terminology preferred.
