Overview

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Call Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of Client Support Specialists to achieve performance and compliance goals in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in remote leadership.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Call Center Operations.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
