Overview

The Health and Civil Sector at Leidos is seeking a Program and Budget Analyst to support the Naval Health Research Center’s Operational Readiness Directorate. This role involves enhancing Warfighter health and readiness through budget and program analysis.

In Short

  • Support military and civilian Principal Investigators in budget analysis.
  • Track spending and cost for contract line items.
  • Conduct IRB protocol management and submission.
  • Manage department calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare invoice and funding status documents.
  • Coordinate funding transfers across departments.
  • Assist in proposal administration and management tasks.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Provide efficient communication to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to command and contract policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a military research environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a US Citizen with a Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience with human subjects research protocol.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as directed.
