Overview

The Commercial Danaher Business System (Continuous Improvement) Leader is responsible for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence within the Americas Commercial Organization.

In Short

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Americas.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for the Regional VPGM.
  • Build and enhance DBS capabilities.
  • Support deployment of standard work and best practices.
  • Implement and coach on Daily Management and Problem-Solving Process.
  • Manage a kaizen funnel for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate kaizen events to drive process improvements.
  • Travel requirement of up to 30% - 50%.
  • Work remotely from home.
  • Salary range of $180,000 - $200,000.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving DBS best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
