Overview

Gems Setra is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader (FBSL) to drive the adoption of FBS and execute strategic initiatives for exceptional financial performance and customer experience. The FBSL will provide thought leadership, develop a kaizen roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements.

• Prepare executive summaries for senior leadership.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Autonomous with a high sense of urgency.
• Comfortable in direct environments with a focus on results.
• Ability to drive effective change management.
• Technical skills to resolve business issues.
• Experience using Project Management & FBS tools.
