EMEA Service Director - Remote

Overview

As the EMEA Service Director at Leica Microsystems, you will manage all Field Operations related to Service, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality improvement while leading a team of 120 staff across EMEA.

• Lead and manage EMEA Field Operations related to Service.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% within EMEA.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a global organization.
• Experience managing customer-facing organizations.
• Strong background in field service management preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with Danaher Business Systems is a plus.
