As a Sales Engineer at Learnlight, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs and translating technical requirements into actionable solutions while supporting onboarding processes.

In Short

  • Report to the Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer.
  • Work full-time hours from home.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integrations.
  • Analyze technical requirements and implement solutions.
  • Drive software engineering excellence.
  • Manage work items and ensure accurate status reporting.
  • Support integration partner onboarding and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in integration processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Sales Implementation teams.
  • Enhance the sales process and support system integration.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years in a development/test/support role.
  • Experience in a multinational enterprise support environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS).
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Knowledge of integration methods (SCORM, xAPI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with tools like Atlassian Suite, Azure, GCP.
