Partner Enablement Manager BTM - Remote

Overview

SAP is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager BTM to work with partners and enable them to sell and use SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio solutions.

In Short

• Design and deliver engaging webinars and instructor-led trainings for partners.
• Represent SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio at partner events and industry conferences.
• Support the development of partner enablement tools and best-practice guides.
• Own the continuous improvement cycle for partner enablement assets.
• Work closely with product marketing to align training materials with product updates.
• Serve as an internal advocate for partner enablement needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partner enablement or related roles.
• Experience with SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio or similar tools preferred.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering training sessions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a global, transformative organization.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to represent SAP at partner events.
• Fluent in English.
