Overview

The Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor will play a critical role in retaining and growing the customer base for SAP BTM in the APAC region, working closely with key leaders and teams.

In Short

  • Join a growing team in APAC and influence its growth.
  • Full responsibility for 35-40 customer accounts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Drive product adoption and increase user base.
  • Work with Customer Success tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Support a culture that welcomes feedback and celebrates successes.
  • Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting or B2B SaaS with customer interaction.
  • Experience with IT Management or Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT project management and delivery methods is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • 3+ years of experience with Customer Success tools like Gainsight.
  • Exceptional English language skills, especially technical vocabulary.
