  • Experience with IT Management and Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
  • 3+ years working knowledge of Customer Success tools.
  • Strong English language skills, especially technical vocabulary.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work effectively.
  • Experience in IT project management is a plus.
