As an HR Business Partner at CXA, you will be part of the overarching HR team responsible for building and growing Knots as an international, remote-first startup.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Deep understanding of remote work models.
• Experience in cultural development and employer branding.
• Strong knowledge of international labor law.
• Ability to motivate high-performance teams.
• Experience in remote-first environments.
• Fluent in German and English.
