In Short

  • Act as the central contact for existing clients.
  • Responsible for strategic development of existing accounts.
  • Ensure long-term and successful customer satisfaction.
  • Combine sales talent with strategic foresight and excellent communication.
  • Develop existing clients and offer tailored consulting.
  • Act as a strategic partner within the partner ecosystem.
  • Recognize market opportunities and implement them.
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
  • Conduct negotiations confidently and with clear goals.
  • Work closely with consulting, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or key account management.
  • Experience in software licensing sales, ideally in custom software sales.
  • Deep technical understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
  • Expertise in SaaS solutions and their implementation processes.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sales attitude and love for closing deals.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented working style.
  • Team player mentality with coordination skills.
