Data & Implementation Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our Payments team as a Data & Implementation Team Lead. Your job will be very focused on leading a team in charge of the different areas of action within the department that allow both to guarantee the quality, standardization and accuracy of the data as well as the review and implementation of the different merchant accounts. This will allow the entire area to access data that will later be used to optimize the company's revenue. You will also be responsible for optimizing the different processes that will allow us to improve the control and information that our main stakeholders access. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and analytical skills that allow for the implementation of strategies that enhance the use of data in decision-making.

In Short

• Define the long-term vision for how data can be leveraged across the business to drive growth, innovation, and efficiency.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data architectures and platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, cloud storage).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and implementation optimization.
• Set up a clear efficient criteria in order to scale up your team considering tools and personnel.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various internal and external sources, including processing data among others.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and statistical models to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
• Leads and supports a team ensuring optimal results by creating a proactive and systematic monitoring, analysis and follow-up on merchant data, performance and operations.
• Stay updated on technological advancements, online payments regulations and business reporting standards to ensure continuous improvement in data analysis and operational control.
• In partnership with area leadership, recommend and execute against best practice incentive to ensure optimal control of the responsibilities of the entire team.
