Implementation Team Lead - Remote

We’re a fast-growing tech startup, and we're looking for a talented person to lead our Implementation team.

In Short

• Lead the Implementation team overseeing Onboarding and Vendor Success.
• Ensure a smooth post-sale journey for customers.
• Bring program and project management experience to scale the organization.
• Partner with leadership to execute projects for team growth.
• Drive performance and results through effective team management.
• Establish vendor networks within restaurant technology.
• Manage key projects integral to customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Product, and Sales.
• Travel required up to 30% of the time.
• Fully remote position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• 2+ years of customer onboarding experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketplaces or procurement.
• Knowledge of restaurants and repair and maintenance.
• Experience in scaling customer onboarding processes.
