Overview

As a Remote Application Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing application systems in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs, contributing to the modernization of the Veterans Benefits Management System.

Requirements

• High School or GED with 3 years of experience.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and Grafana.
• Experience with relational database systems and concepts.
• Knowledge of software development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze data.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to obtain a lower to moderate level Clearance.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work independently and in cross-team situations.
