Senior Contract Analyst - Remote

Overview

Labcorp is seeking to hire a Senior Contract Analyst to manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and effective collaboration across various teams.

In Short

• Develop and review Agreements including Master Services Agreements.
• Conduct peer reviews on Master Service Agreements.
• Perform contract management tasks on medium to high complexity projects.
• Lead negotiations for assigned agreements with minimal management support.
• Generate payment schedules for agreements.
• Resolve outstanding contract issues to minimize risk.
• Work cross-functionally to address contract issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives for global contract delivery.
• Mentor and train junior staff in contract management.
• Provide accurate updates on contractual documents to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of contract management related experience.
• Ability to navigate client contractual documents.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
