Senior Cost Analyst - Remote

Overview

Arista Networks is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to focus on Cost Accounting related transactions and analyses, playing an integral role in the Operations Finance organization.

In Short

• Responsible for accurate month-end close and monitoring inventory cost transactions.
• Perform activities related to Standard Cost and analyze item cost and inventory expenses.
• Update monthly forecasts on assigned GL accounts.
• Build complex cost models for product cost and inventory allocation.
• Conduct complex analytical studies and projects as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple business partners for cost resource triangulation.
• Work with auditors for quarterly audits and SOX compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with Manufacturing Operations and Finance team.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal controls and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years of costing and inventory accounting experience.
• Big 4 experience or relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and process enhancement experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
