Overview

The Founding Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding US operations by prospecting and developing business partnerships with technology companies seeking pre-vetted tech talent.

In Short

  • Conduct full-cycle sales: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Lead US expansion efforts.
  • Build partnerships with CTOs, HR leaders, and executives.
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Analyze trends in US tech hiring and LatAm talent movements.
  • Work with recruiting teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in B2B SaaS or recruitment sales.
  • Strong pipeline generation experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Understanding of hiring cycles and recruiting workflows.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with email/LinkedIn outreach tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bonus: Spanish fluency and/or experience with LatAm markets.
