Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive (Remote) to join their growing global team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the company's expansion and drive business growth in the North American market.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct sales demos and presentations to educate prospects.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience in IT Staffing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and software development industry.
  • Ideally, an existing book of business with hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a remote environment.

  • Base compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • OTE: $160,000 - $240,000 per year with uncapped commission.
