Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive to join our client's expanding remote sales team in the United States. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a high-growth company with a transparent and collaborative team culture.

In Short

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the Mid-market segment
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing)
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (target ACV: $50K-$150K; 60-90 day sales cycle)
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outreach and lead management
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and create compelling business cases
  • Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success) to refine strategies
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to leadership

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the Mid-Market segment
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, closing deals with $50K-$150K ACV
  • Mastery of sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, and MEDDIC
  • Ideally, experience selling Martech solutions to e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship

Benefits

  • Base Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000 per year (negotiable based on your experience)
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $270,000 - $350,000 in the first year (uncapped commission with a $1M quota)
