• Own the full journey from strategy through execution.
• Design campaigns to educate the market and generate high-quality leads.
• Define and own webinar and partner marketing strategy.
• Drive end-to-end webinar production and joint campaigns.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with goals.
• Mentor peers in webinar and co-marketing best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality leads are generated and tracked.
• Act as a visible driver of growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in webinar production.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end webinar strategy.
• Experience running co-marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong track record in executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with campaign analytics and data reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High standards for creative quality.
• Success in fast-paced environments with growth targets.
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills.
