Overview

ProcureDesk is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its growing outbound sales team. You’ll drive top-of-funnel activity, engage prospects across North America, and qualify leads for our Account Executives. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role for someone with excellent English communication (C1/C2), strong organization, and a desire to grow in SaaS sales.

In Short

  • Execute 125+ outbound touches per day (mainly cold calls, plus email and LinkedIn outreach)
  • Qualify prospects based on pain points, budget, and buying intent
  • Schedule and confirm 20+ qualified meetings per month for Account Executives
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in HubSpot CRM
  • Personalize outreach through light research using templates and prompts
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to improve campaign performance
  • Participate in regular coaching and enablement sessions

Requirements

  • English level: C1 or higher (spoken and written)
  • Based in Latin America, able to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Confident verbal communicator with clear phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline
  • Process-driven with an interest in sales technology (HubSpot, sequencing tools)

Benefits

  • Base Salary: USD $24,000/year
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $36,000/year (commission paid monthly)
  • Schedule: Full-time, remote, aligned to EST
  • Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation annually
