Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Go Echoes, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into clients through effective sales techniques in a fully remote work environment.

  • Conduct B2B and B2C outbound calls to present and sell services/products.
  • Understand specific expectations of prospects and adapt your pitch.

  • Ensure complete follow-up of the sales cycle until finalization.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, especially in B2B and B2C.
  • Mastery of phone sales techniques, objection handling, and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, VoIP calls, professional email).
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and results-oriented.
  • Desire for a stable remote position with a genuine career plan.
  • Own professional equipment (PC, headset, good internet connection).
  • Excellent level of French, both written and spoken, is essential.
