Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing SaaS organization. This is a remote position within Europe and offers a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales development.

In Short

  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Articulate the company’s value proposition and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate data on leads and activities within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed activity-based KPIs.
  • Stay updated with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and AI market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be based in Europe and available to work across European time zones.
