Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at ThriveCart, you will play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate community and driving new platform sign-ups.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and research new potential affiliates and partners.
  • Manage outbound campaigns and follow up with leads.
  • Onboard new affiliates and provide guidance on promoting ThriveCart.
  • Track and monitor affiliate engagement and optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Hit and exceed KPIs related to outreach and sales.
  • Collaborate with partnerships and marketing teams for feedback.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven SDR/BDR experience, ideally in SaaS or affiliate companies.
  • A self-starter with creative prospecting abilities.
  • Strong relationship nurturing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and metrics-driven, comfortable with CRM tools.
  • Experience with affiliate programs or influencer marketing is a plus.
