Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage with trial leads to convert them into qualified meetings with Account Executives, while also nurturing existing customers and maintaining organized records.

In Short

  • Conduct over 100 calls daily to engage potential customers.
  • Nurture free-use customers until they transition to paid solutions.
  • Reconnect with previously closed or churned customers.
  • Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with no-shows to reschedule meetings.
  • Participate in AE calls for professional development.
  • Schedule instant meetings when both prospects and AEs are available.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, UCaaS, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence prospects via email, phone, or chat.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Comfortable using CRM and dialing platforms.
  • Desire to advance within a sales organization.
