Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ShadowDragon, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential accounts for our Enterprise Sales team.

In Short

  • Own outbound prospecting to book qualified meetings and demos with decision-makers.
  • Partner with AEs to develop account-based strategies for target prospects.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot for outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into pipeline.
  • Research target accounts and craft personalized messaging.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
  • Consistently hit and exceed KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to break into enterprise accounts.
  • Curious, coachable, and resilient.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to position technology to solve business problems.
  • Experience with modern sales tools.
