Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will identify exciting companies, build relationships, and generate interest in Wholix, laying the foundation for our growth and paving the way for sales.

In Short

  • Lead Research & Outreach: Identify and qualify new target customers (Inbound & Outbound).
  • Establish first contact: Engage with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Determine needs: Conduct short needs analyses and showcase potential use cases for Wholix.
  • Build pipeline: Prepare and document qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and account executives to implement the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • First experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development, ideally in the SaaS/Tech sector.
  • Enjoy persuading people and actively engaging in conversations.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, independent work style, and high motivation to make an impact.
  • Interest in software, startups, and international work.
