Overview

We are hiring a Head of Growth to own end-to-end demand generation and pipeline acceleration for our B2B SaaS business. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimization across paid media, SEO, ABM, the website, and conversion funnels—turning insights into predictable growth.

In Short

  • Own digital growth strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead and monitor paid media: Manage ~$120K/month in ad spend (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Run ABM programs: Execute account-based campaigns and complement them with high-touch tactics such as webinars, bootcamps, and client events.
  • Drive SEO and GEO strategy: Partner with vendors to manage content calendars and oversee tech audits.
  • Own HubSpot Marketing Ops: Manage workflows, scoring, routing, and automations end-to-end.
  • Analyze and report: Build and interpret dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console.
  • Oversee agencies: Lead SEO, paid media, and HubSpot automations.
  • Improve CRO: Use heatmaps to identify UX issues and lead page updates.
  • Manage brand presence: Oversee review platforms and reputation campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance: Manage cookie consent and tracking frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on execution skills—able to build, launch, and optimize ads directly.
  • Experience managing six-figure ad budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
  • Proficiency with SEMRush, Webflow, and Lucky Orange.
  • Knowledge of Terminus/Demandbase for ABM.
  • Analytical mindset; skilled at identifying underperformance.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality—comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
