Overview

LastPass is looking for a Regional Partner Manager for the Western Region, responsible for selling all LastPass product lines by interacting with partners in the US and Canada.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed partner quotas and KPIs.
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for partners in the assigned region.
  • Drive partners to maximize sales through best practices and training.
  • Assist with orders from partners to LastPass.
  • Communicate effectively with partners on new products.
  • Enhance systems and procedures for partner management.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events.
  • Coach the sales team on identifying business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process with partners.
  • Represent LastPass professionally and ethically.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of LastPass capabilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Prepared for regional travel.
  • 50+% of time spent visiting partners.
