In Short

• Develop and implement software solutions that enhance the operational support framework.
• Work closely with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for internal tools and automation efforts.
• Establish best practices for operational support and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate across departments.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Facilitate discussions about design choices and tradeoffs.
• Design and develop complex back-end services.
• Lead the design and implementation of front-end applications.
• Build and optimize scalable ETL workflows and data pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in software development and technical support.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, C++).
• Proficiency in frameworks for developing applications.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience establishing support process for new products or services.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of healthcare operational processes.
• Experience with ticket-management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
