• End-to-end responsibility for data collection, transformation, architecture, storage, governance, and usage.
• Set the path for a mature, scalable data environment.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience with an advanced degree in engineering or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Deep expertise in data engineering and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of AI disciplines like machine learning.
• Skilled at coordinating timelines and resources.
• Able to manage multiple projects and quick turnarounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
