The Labor, Employment and Privacy Counsel will provide strategic legal advice on employment, labor, and privacy law to HR and company managers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed and in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Preferred: In-house counsel experience at a publicly traded company.
• Experience with benefits plans and workplace safety regulations.
