Overview

The Benefits Sales Executive position is a fully remote role focused on building relationships with broker firms to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and collaboration.

In Short

  • Fully remote position with in-person meetings required in California.
  • Develop relationships with broker firms to maximize revenue growth.
  • Recruit and train new agents on CRC Benefits' offerings.
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technologies for tracking and metrics.
  • Provide sales expertise and develop strategies for technology adoption.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards of information.
  • Occasional long hours during peak times.
  • Requires active Life & Health License.
  • 3+ years of experience in health insurance sales.

Requirements

  • Active Life & Health License required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in health insurance/employee benefits sales.
  • Strong knowledge of group insurance products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with web browsers, specifically Google Chrome.
